Can I start creating a listing if my motorhome isn’t ready to be hired out yet?
Yes, you can work ahead by collecting the information you need, and even start creating your new motorhome listing. Think of taking photos, writing a listing description and listing an overview of your motorhome’s amenities and inventory. Keep in mind that your listing won’t be published until it is fully complete.
What if my listing is ready but my motorhome isn’t?
Once your listing is active, make sure to block out your calendar for bookings until the date your motorhome is fully ready to be hired out. We recommend blocking out a few extra weeks as a precaution, to avoid having to cancel bookings if there are any delays with the preparation, conversion or delivery of your motorhome. Please note you’ll have to pay a cancellation fee if you have to cancel bookings due to delays.

What if I’ve received a new license plate for my vehicle?
If you’ve recently received a new license plate for your vehicle, you can fill in the registration number in the vehicle details section of your Goboony dashboard. If our system does not recognise the license plate’s validity, you’ll have to provide proof of registration.
