unfortunatly its impossible to please some people i could have gave them the van for free and they would still complain and the state they left van in was tottaly unaceptable wouldnt let them near it again.

The camper is fine and new, but the interaction with the owner is not worth the van. He was more than an hour late at the picking up meeting point and surcharged us 100 GBP for a late return (!), although we had agreed through several writen messages on the returning time. Unfortunately, these were not the only difficulties we had with him...
