We enjoyed using a camper on our holidays. This camper worked well on the driving, travelling, cooking, cutlery, sleeping and space available. Despite driving in the mountains we drove 1 liter diesel at 11-11.5 km.
At time of booking it was not very clear what the inventory was in the camper. After asking, some more pictures were shared. But still not fully clear. We think a good list on the website will make comms easier.
When explaining how things worked (at the handover) Thomas was doing this quite fast and not responding very nicely to us on questions we had later on. Maybe a 1 pager tutorial will help.
Unfortunately at the heavy rain in Austria there were 2 windows that were not waterproof. Due to that our sleeping gear got wet.
In communication Thomas could be better and more clear. For example: when we agreed to return the camper outside the camping, he was at another location.
All in all we were satisfied with everything, although some room for improvement.
