Alex and Lizzie were fantastic to deal with. The pre-delivery information emailed to us answered all our questions and some. The pick-up was easy; we had a full tour of the vehicle and the operation of the gadgets; there was a written inventory, which made the return process easy for us, everything worked on the van flawlessly, and we were impressed with the driver assistance package of the VW. The equipment provided with the van is vast, and you want for nothing. We toured for 10 weeks and enjoyed everything. Our fuel consumption was 9.9l/100k, very impressive.
