There is no opportunity to park on the Verano site.
You can park your car along the road on the industrial estate.
This is entirely at your own risk.

In the garage you will find the following:

The room is lockable. It has a full-fledged shower cabin, the toilet is separate from the shower (see photos).
The camper has a spacious seating area with swivel chairs.
The camper has a fixed awning and a dish on the roof.
So you can possibly watch TV on holiday.

Director:
The driver must be at least 25 years old. We want to know in advance who the drivers are and note the driver's license number. It is also a requirement that the tenant has had his or her driving license for 3 years.
If the tenant commits traffic violations during the rental period, these costs will be recovered from the tenant in question.

IMPORTANT:

During the summer holidays we only rent the camper per week.

NB:
We charge 1000 km free per week and everything above that costs 0.25 cents per km.

We only accept 1000 euros deposit.
When you book, do not tick the checkbox 'carefree travel with insurance'. We do not accept this.
If the deposit is surrendered, the rental period will not continue.
This is in connection with handling any damage.

Pets and smoking
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is absolutely NOT allowed in the camper! If this does happen, 285 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

Cleaning costs
The camper must be returned clean. Inside and outside
If the camper is not clean, 180 euros in cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit paid.
This also includes emptying the toilet cassette and the waste water tank.

You will receive the camper with:
- Full diesel tank
- Full clean water tank
- Gas bottle
- Clean and dry toilet cassette

The camper is returned with:
- Full diesel tank
- Empty clean water tank
- Empty / clean toilet cassette
- Empty dirty water tank

Returning the camper and any damage:
Photos are taken of the camper before departure and upon return. These are shared with the tenant.
We walk around the camper with the tenants.
We as landlords have 48 hours after returning the camper to report any damage that occurs to the tenant.
