De camper was keurig, maar had een paar gebreken waardoor de ervaring niet was zoals gehoopt. De boilerbediening werkte niet waardoor er geen verwarming en geen warmwater in de camper was. Dan is 0 graden koud en je moet op campings staan met sanitaire voorzieningen Contact met de verhuurder was prima alles op alles gezet om een oplossing te vinden maar dat heeft niet mogen helpen, dit was niet onderweg op te lossen. We hebben helaas geen compensatie of zoiets mogen ontvangen. De borg was wel netjes geretourneerd. May 2024

Response from Nikki Hallo Miranda, De vorst beveiliging is bij jullie in werking gegaan, waardoor de water tank leeg liep. Dit is uiteraard compleet normaal bij lagere temperaturen. De boiler werking e.d heb ik bij het ophalen uitgelegd en werkte toen nog prima. Hoe deze kapot is gegaan onderweg is niet duidelijk. Voor het scherm en het (erg) vies inleveren van de camper, en bij latere inspectie duidelijk werd dat de douchewand uit de rails was getrokken(afgebroken) is niks ingehouden van jullie borg. Ik vind dat ik daarin coulant ben geweest!
