Desie – Self-built campervan with raised roof Volkswagen T4 2.5 TDI

The camper van for the (not so tall) adventurer. A lot of love and time has been put into the construction and that can be felt. It has become a beautiful wooden hut that can be placed anywhere in the wide world. Desie's size makes it easy to park anywhere. The high windows at the back make it a pleasure to wake up in wild places and drink coffee or tea from your bed. You can make your coffee or tea in the kitchenette, which is equipped with two burners, a sink and a tap. The refrigerator is old but works well when the bus is in full sun. There is a solar panel on the roof. Nice to be able to recharge your digital resources if you still need contact with the outside world. There is enough storage space under the benches and in the roof. Despite the raised roof where you can stand with 1.90m, the dimensions of the bed are something that should be taken into account. In the width you have all the space and the length ensures that some (> 1.78m) have free play on the toes over the edge of the bed. You have to love that.
