We always deliver the campervan with a 90L diesel tank & ADbleu 19L & gas tank 2x12.5L, are always delivered full for rental and we also expect a full return. The accompanying documents list a few petrol stations in the area where you can do this for diesel/ADblue/LPG upon your return.
We ask that you DO NOT clean the outside of the campervan. We prefer to do this ourselves.
Upon delivery you will receive an empty waste water tank, empty & cleanly rinsed toilet tank and a clean interior of the campervan. We ask you to return it in the same condition. If the toilet tank is not empty and rinsed clean, a fee of 50 euros will be charged. If the waste water tank is not empty, 25 euros will be charged. If the interior is not returned clean, 30 euros for seating area, cockpit 30 euros, kitchen 30 euros, bathroom/toilet 30 euros, beds 30 euros or for everything (or at least 3/5 not in order) 150 euros will be charged as cleaning costs.
On departure you will receive 100L of tap water, this does not have to be filled on your return. We do ask you to ONLY use tap water and not rain/well water.

The campervan has a gross vehicle weight of 3,500 kg. With a full diesel/ADbleu/LPG/water tank, there is a net loading capacity of max 400kg including 4 people + luggage + bicycles.
The bicycle rack has a maximum load of 35kg and is therefore NOT suitable for 2 electric bicycles, but 1 bicycle is. Overloading the bicycle rack can damage the door.
