This luxury semi-integrated mobile home Benimar Mileo 263, first used in June 2020, is the ideal mobile home if you want to travel with two to five people. It is therefore ideal for couples or families with children, with all the comfort as at home, with a practical layout for comfortable travel. This can be driven with a B driving license (max 3500 kg) and has five approved seats and sleeping places. The length of the mobile home is 7.80 meters (including bicycle carrier for 2 bicycles), the width is 2.32 m and height 2.90 m. The semi-integrated Fiat with 160 hp turbo diesel has very high-quality equipment and a stylish appearance.
Our house on wheels:
The camper has a cozy lounge with a folding table that, together with the driver and passenger seats, can be turned into a comfortable seating area. The functional kitchen with a three-burner gas stove with extractor hood, sink and a spacious refrigerator and freezer combination offers you the opportunity to prepare delicious meals. A Nespresso machine to make coffee is also available. The luxurious toilet and shower facilities are separate. The living and sleeping area can also be separated by a sliding door. There is plenty of storage space throughout the camper. It also has a solar panel, sun canopy, fly screens and blackout curtains on all windows and pleated curtains in the driver's cabin. At the back there are 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 king-size bed. Above the seating area there is an electric double fold-down bed with the necessary safety surround so that children can sleep safely and it has the advantage that when you lower the fold-down bed, you can still sit perfectly at the table and go outside easily. The sitting area can also be converted into an extra bed.
In our garage you will find a table with 2 comfortable chairs and 2 folding chairs, a water hose, electricity cable, wheel chocks, chemical toilet products, cleaning utensils and many other useful items that may come in handy during your trip.
When applying for a rental agreement, we recommend that you first meet us physically and show the camper at our home. This way, the house rules can then be reviewed in detail and this gives the potential tenant a nice and hopefully complete idea of the possibilities/limitations of the camper and/or the rental agreement.
