What documents are generated for a booking?
Once a booking is confirmed, two documents are generated automatically: the hire contract and the GoForm. The hire contract is a binding contract between you and the hiring party, which is based on our hire terms and conditions.
What is the GoForm and how does it work?
For any booking to take place on Goboony, the motorhome owner and the hiring party fill out the ‘GoForm’ together during the handover of the vehicle. Any existing damage is noted on the GoForm, along with the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off times, house rules and additional agreements. Both parties need to sign the GoForm upon pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle, and serves as evidence in case damage to your vehicle has occurred during the hire.

What about insurance documents?
If you have opted to insure your motorhome for hire with Goboony Day Insurance, you’ll also receive the insurance policy and a certificate of roadside assistance. If you notice any information on these documents is incorrect, please contact our Support Team immediately.

What information is displayed on the hire documents?
All the documents contain information of both you and the hiring party. For each booking, the documents are generated automatically from the information both parties have set as their account information. Therefore, you must make sure that all information, including vehicle details and the booking conditions, is correct and up-to-date at all times.
Where can I find the documents?
Once a booking has been confirmed, you can view all documents on the booking page on your Goboony dashboard. A week before the start of the booking, we will also email all documents to you. All documents are generated online and do not need to be signed physically.
