Giving and Receiving Reviews on Goboony following a booking

We usually send you a follow up email after you have completed a booking to remind you to leave a review. If you cannot find this email, you can still leave a review by going onto the booking itself.

Whether you rented a motorhome or someone rented your motorhome, leaving a review after the booking is really important.

If you have had a pleasant booking experience it is very helpful to give feedback. Let the Owner know that you enjoyed your trip, their motorhome and their assistance. Advise others that this is a great motorhome for their trip.

Constructive criticism where needed can also help improve future bookings, but needs to be fair. Give them tips on how to improve, or highlight to Goboony if there is an issue present.

Leaving reviews is a great way to help the Goboony community and to assist other people in the booking process.

Firstly, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review! It helps us build our business as well as find areas for improvement. It also helps future customers in their decision to choose Goboony.

There are several ways to review Goboony. Following your booking you can review Goboony on Facebook, Google Business and Trustpilot. You should receive an email to these, but otherwise do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with links to them.

Sadly, sometimes a Traveller will leave you a review that you find unfair or simply do not like. The best next step is to contact them to find out why they left this review and begin a discussion. You could gain an understanding of how to avoid the same issues for future bookings, and after speaking with you the traveller could still decide to edit their review on the site.

You can leave a comment on their review, however we strongly recommend remaining positive and professional. Simply explain why the problems occurred and then move forward and aim for better reviews from future travellers!
