Polaris – "Memories for Miles" in this 6 berth Adventure Companion

Please treat Polaris as if it were your own and return as you found it!
No smoking. £250 cleaning fee.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome but please ensure they stay off the beds/ seating areas.
No stag and hen parties.

For your safety and prior to each booking a deep clean is carried out on Polaris. If Polaris is not returned in the same clean condition, clean interior, untensils, dishware, pots pans etc cleaned and rubbish removed. The waste cassette empited and rinsed, grey water emptied, (otherwise a professional Covid clean will be charged at £150) Cleaning products will be provided.
*If the motorhome leisure battery is allowed to go flat, this causes the ECU to malfunction and will need to be reset. An additional charge of £100 will be administered. During the handover steps will be explained on how to avoid this happening.

If accidents and breakages occur, please report immediately to avoid any issues upon returning Polaris.

Please provide your own bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels.

● All tyres, are the responsibility of the driver whislt Polaris is in your care and should any damage or punctures occur the driver is responsible for replacing them. We must be notified prior to doing this.
● All glass and windscreen and windows are the responsibility of the driver whilst Polaris is in your care and must be replaced. Please contact us prior to doing this.

● All drivers must be aged between 25 and 75 with a full licence.

The driver must have:
● Held a full UK or EU licence for a minimum of two years.
● Has not had their licence suspended for any period within the last three years.
● Has no more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.
● Has not obtained a BA,DD or UT conviction
